Experience everything the Joint Assembly has to offer!

Presenter Tips

  • In addition to a robust scientific program, Joint Assembly offers various opportunities to network with your peers and collaborate on science in your field. Before you book your travel, make sure to browse all the workshops, field trips, and short courses available to attendees. Registration will open in mid-March!
  • Are you a first-time speaker at Joint Assembly? All speakers are required to check in at the Speaker Ready Room at least 24 hours before their presentation to ensure a successful experience!
  • Need to have your poster printed in Montreal? MP Repro is the official Joint Assembly printing service.  Please note that there will be no poster pick-up at the convention center. Any posters ordered via the online service will need to be picked up at the printer’s location during their regular business hours; the location is within walking distance from the convention center. For ordering details and procedures, please reference these guidelines. Note: Order by 28 April for your poster to be ready by 8:00 A.M. on Monday, 4 May.
