In need of function space during the Joint Assembly? Submit your request and we will contact you after the deadline. Note: during the submission process, please input your desired event start/end times in military format.

Note: There is a $100 room rental fee; per day, per room. Once the space has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice to process the payment along with contact information for the catering and audiovisual representatives. You will then work directly with the appropriate service providers and will be responsible for all expenses associated with your event.
